you have the 2 sliders on the top left corner you can change settings there
at first i planned to make the glow light rendered from every directon (0°-360°) but that rendered too much and the glow was almost not transparent at all so i simplified it to 60 and every rotation was 6 (because 6*60=360 duh) with numbers like from 5 - 7 looks realistic imo (the neon colors are looking the best) if the device is too slow the glow effect might break
