(RETAKE OF OLD GLORY'S FADING LIGHT) In September of 2011 (a global period of instability widely known as Black September that led to some countries collapsing), riots in the city of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania broke out over discontent with the city's government. The riots got so bad that the Pennsylvania National Guard was overwhelmed and the United States Army was called in by President John McCain, which restored order to the city.
