Welcome! This is a relatively accurate simulation of how certain scenarios and choices will affect your quality of sleep. Controls: - Use left and right arrow keys to walk around. - Click on the cabinet to access food. * Hover over food to learn information about it (nutrition facts, how filling..) * Click food to eat it. - Click on the bed to lay down. * Use space to look at your phone. * Press the down arrow to sleep (only when "Night"). When you want to manually wake up, click the bed again. Tips: - Use your phone less in the evening and night, as it will inhibit your melatonin production. - Be mindful of caffeine, sugar, and fat consumption before bed! Enough caffeine will override your melatonin levels, and excess fats and sugars will make it harder to sleep. * Walking around helps you burn fats and sugars, while laying down stops that.
This was a little something I put together for one of my school projects, and it was actually fun to make!
