His old sword broke, so he have a new one. I honestly think this was a major improvement from the old design, plus, I think removing his scanner is a good choice, so he won't have it back. And also, if you realize how similar he is with Silenus (the guy in my current pfp) is that Silenus IS Dominus's Future Self, so pretty much he will evolve slowly into Silenus. So expect his next design looks even closer to Silenus. (I am already working on a redesign for Stellar and Blank :D)
