~ Space or click ~ / Backstory \ Raysprint and Sunnyglade were a gleeful pair. They spent every hour together playing in the fields and just enjoying each other’s company. After a while of this they decided to explore further. Soon the two came across a rushing river and splintering log connecting the two sides. Raysprint crossed first. He made it along fine but as Sunnyglade scrambled along the log it split. She went plummeting into the water.. as Raysprint’s best friend in the whole world fell unconscious he leaped to save her. It was too late. Part of the tree and knocked her out, she then proceeded to drown. He climbed up the bank and turned away. Never to see her again. Or so he thought.. Moons later Raysprint returned, he mourned for his lost companion untill it seemed as though a warm breeze passed over him. This was odd as it was only early new-leaf. Raysprint lifted his head to Sunnysprint gazing down happily. The two enjoyed each others company for hours. Once the sun fell they had to part. It was a tearful and bittersweet goodbye…
