Sentakushi || Chapter 6 ~~~ It was dark in Inyusoka's office, unsettling Normani while her sensei put away a file folder. "Now. Do you know what a guardian is?" Inyusoka clipped, her eyes flashing for a moment. Normani raised an eyebrow in confusion, "...What?" Inyusoka groaned, "Guardian. A guardian. The thing that sits right here!" she pokes Normani in the side, sending a chill over her. "...Look. I'll show you." She whistled, her eyes flashing red for a moment, when a crow sounded out, landing on the tall woman's shoulder. It peered at Normani with it's shrewd gaze, "Daiyo... my beloved Guardian... in his real-life form." Inyusoka cooed at the crow, who accepted the strokes on his feathers. He was a normal crow, besides the dark red metallic lining his feathers, and his matching eyes, which were filled to the brim with intelligence. "Come back, Daiyo." Inyusoka murmured. Normani jumped when the crow seemed to explode in red energy and disappear in a wisp of smoke. Inyusoka's eyes flashed red, again. She whistled again, a different whistle, and Daiyo reappeared in a smoky form, but he was still there- while Inyusoka's eyes remained bright until she put him away. "Guardian is solid, Spirit is smoky with no power, and True is when they are glowy with power. But, of course, that drains energy, so I won't do it." She explained, sighing. Normani paused, staring at the spot Daiyo was, "... so everyone has one?" Inyusoka murmured, "Yep." "What happens if you don't have one?" "/You/ would die. You aren't a normal elf." ~~~ "Ah, I have a Pegasus! Her name is Anya." Emira chirped, snapping her fingers to reveal a palm-size, smoky version of her large, pink rose-colored pegasus with golden eyes, "She's so sweet! It's a shame I'm not powerful enough to bring her to life." One by one, the girls each revealed their figures. Kerushea with her scarlet Phoenix (Kaira), Ririna with her golden Swan (Ziern), Chikyuu and her emerald Lion (Codai), and Kuroe... who's snowy Owl was... real. She summoned her owl (Shiera) into real life, her large wings beating. It hit Normani where she recognized this owl. She stared at Kuroe, who looked back calmly, "....You. It was you." the blue-eyed girl simply smiled lightly, her braid shifting with the nod. Normani was filled in on who had what. "The twins actually share one; a leopard... Lyna. And Keefaru has a sun wolf- Sierra. Danieru's got a panther, Myrio. Okaro... uhhhh.... he and Muroko share a puma for some reason- Kaiyan." Chikyuu muttered, crossing her arms. Normani turned slightly, blinking, "What about Aero?" Silence. "Nobody knows." Kuroe murmured quietly.
