Shoutout to @Jumping-Rodeo when we did an AT she not only drew a horse (Pebbles) but a bunch of different fitted tack for him! I appreciate it! ————————————————————————— (1,2) Meet Coloured Illusion ‘Illusion’ she’s my New Cross country mare! I unloaded her from the trailer and we walked past Zora’s paddock, Zora trotted up to Illusion and they said hello, then I tried to lead Illusion away but she didn’t want to leave, I thought I’d leave her there and see if she can move in with Zora. The next day (4-8) I went to Zora and Illusion’s field to try and grab Illusion, but she didn’t want to leave Zora! Eventually I grabbed some stud muffin treats and managed to coax her away. (9,10) Someone else took Zora in and fed her breakfast, but I wanted to be the one to feed Illusion her first breakfast at my barn. (11) I took Illusion back to her bestie and they whinnied really loudly when they saw each other. (12-16) I decided I wanted to ride Pebbles in his western saddle, so I put him in the wash bay and tacked him up. I’m really new to western riding but Pebbles is such a sweet boy he doesn’t care if I’m riding like Sasquatch. (17) Our ride started off well, it felt odd to be sitting in a western saddle but I tried. (18-21) I asked for a trot and just flew off, Pebbles just looked disappointed at this point and I don’t blame him. (22, 23) I got back on, tried again and I managed it! After that I didn’t ride for the rest of the day and just did boring barn chores. —————————————————————————
