Verdict of Court case Watermelon Revolution v. Watermelon Kingdom: Since @totoro500 and @unicornstorm321 have been banned and they have expressed a reluctance to continue the case, the judges have made a decision based on the testimonies of both sides. We acknowledge @totoro500’s point that the Fruit Wars are more “boring” without active war, but the Watermelon Revolution still went past the point where it was asked to stop. @Rainclloud very clearly asked the Watermelon Revolution to stop and they did not, which is a direct violation of Law #20. Law #11 states that you must have fun, which could be interpreted to mean that you can do anything that you think is fun, but based on the precedent set by @unicornstorm321 v. @true_biz, we choose to interpret it as saying that everyone must have fun. Your constitutional right to have fun ends when it causes someone else to not have fun. We do not intend to make the Fruit Wars boring, but you can’t do things that people have asked you to stop doing just because they are more interesting. We will not impose fines on any of the people involved with this case, but we expect all Watermelon Revolution activity to cease, and we will enforce this with punishments if the situation does not stop.
This was a unanimous decision from all the judges. Refusal to respect the court ruling can result in fines. We are open to suggestions on how to make the FW more interesting, but we expect the Watermelon Revolution to stop.
