I really like the way the eye turned out! :D I feel like it has a slightly unsettling vibe, which wasn't really what I was going for, but I think it's pretty interesting to look at. The main problem I see looking back at the drawing as a whole is the overall shape of the head, which is a bit too rounded, and the neck, which is a bit too large. Click to see the reference.
Also, fun note: I drew this while flying in an airplane! (Which, by the way, I definitely would NOT recommend trying to do; the maneuverability of the arm is GREATLY reduced. XD)
