He has the ability to ignite himself and charge at his opponents in a devastating attack. Doctor Wily upgraded him to have a more diverse set of attacks he can perform with flames.
Capcom for Backgrounds, Sounds and The Mega Man IP James 08 for some code and sprites I don't think this one is bad, it's just not the best one I've made. Probably around the same quality as Bubble Man.
