Click the big poke-ball in order to get pokebucks. If you have enough pokebucks, you can buy a worker pokemon which will automatically give you a number of pokebucks per second. You also can increase the rate given by pokemon workers by getting an upgrade. if you click a random ball it will either give or take away pokebucks
