The fall of the Malakovo Sector, a crucial DMZ dividing the countries of the Alverton Federation and Scratch Town State, marked a pivotal moment in the escalating conflict between the two nations. For years, the Malakovo Wall, a towering barrier stretching nearly a thousand kilometres, stood as a symbol of the tense and uneasy peace between Alverton and STS. However, as the Alverton Invasion of STS gained momentum, the once-impenetrable defences of the Malakovo Sector began to crumble under the relentless onslaught of Alverton forces. Despite the valiant efforts of STS defenders, the last defensive lines were eventually depleted and overrun after a prolonged and brutal struggle, leading to the collapse of the sector. The fall of the Malakovo Sector sent shockwaves throughout the region, signalling a significant shift in the balance of power and setting the stage for further escalation in the conflict between Alverton and STS. As Alverton forces breached the once-secure border, the repercussions of the fall of the Malakovo Sector reverberated far beyond its fortified walls, plunging the region into uncertainty and chaos. The breach of the Malakovo Wall not only shattered the illusion of security and stability but also ignited a new phase of the conflict, where the boundaries between nations blurred amidst the chaos of war.
