This design is super cool and I love it sm Name: Ro Betta Rather quiet and keeps to himself. Enjoys time with close friends and family, but doesn’t branch much. Likes keeping things simple. His family, the Bettas, are said to be descended from mythical ‘fish-people’, who were more similar to nymphs than mermaids. They were deeply connected to the ocean and the creatures within it. Ro’s ancestors were both like and unlike sirens. They did not have beautiful voices, but they did lure sailors away from their peaceful home by constructing colorful treasures and leaving maps to the hidden areas on the deck of their ship. The Bettas evolved, and they are much less magical and more human-like, but they keep their colorful style and unique native language, a mix of multiple languages in the world. Ro was born in a reef, protected by coral and fascinated by fish. Atop his head were small wisps of black hair, and nestle among it, was one curl of red. His mother decided to name him Ro, meaning ‘red-haired.’ — — ——— That’s all I’ve got so far :)
