The western front is stalemated, but german forces breakthrough dutch and allied defences and successfully capitulate them. Norway and sweden manage to liberate the danish islands, and Italy decides to switch sides because they don't want to be loosers. They give venice to austria in return for Nice, Savoy and corsica from france once they win the war. The bulgarians sucessfully kick the central powers out of their country, and begins a new offensive into romania. Austria and Italy occupy montenegro, where they plan to launch new offensives into albania. The rebels in serbia gain more support. Russia breaks through the ukrainian and belorussian lines on the eastern front, but immediantly gets encircled. Though this creates a big enough distraction to prevent them from advancing even more across the front. Italy seizes the undefended corsica, whilst portugal als o joins the war to honour the anglo-portugese alliance.
