These are special custom-made blocks made by editing the JSON of a project! Thanks to @Stoky for the background, and thanks to the Scratch Wiki for a startup tutorial on editing JSON. Thanks to @kittyje1 for some suggestions. Not all blocks work- however I have separated them into two sprites labeled WORKING and ARCHIVED. (The archived blocks are simply proof that I tried XD .) So, anyways, enjoy! Feel free to use these as long as you give me proper credit. And I will be adding more blocks later when I feel like it.
