For seemingly eternity, the President of the American Empire, Rodgers Simon, has been locked in a specialized cell, deep within the core territories of the Confederacy of the Blue Scarf. The exact date of Rodgers' capture was 2082, at the tail end of the Scarfish-American war. Rodgers' is an extremely valued specimen of the Scarfish, being used as a test dummy due to still unknown American implants and injections on the man, effectively making him impossible to kill. It has even been discovered that Rodgers' is still a carrier for the disease that nearly wiped out the Scarfish twice, in 2105 and 6032. This disease still requires research, as no known cure other than death has been discovered. In the year 2,700,000,000, during the height of the 3rd Radiant Civil War, Leader HRT, accompanied by the Economic Minister and the Militarist Minister, would begin an interview with Rodgers, demanding information on the disease he carries, as he aided in engineering it. The interview went as follows. (Leader HRT) "Rodgers." (Rodgers) "Frenchie." (Leader HRT) "This is the first time I've asked you this. Tell us about the virus or we will up the pain value of your bindings from 600 to 1,500." (Rodgers) "Oh please, you couldn't break me, not in a million years." (Leader HRT) "Rodgers." (Rodgers) "I refuse." *A few seconds later.* (Rodgers) "I still refuse. You will not get a word out of me, even if I am the last of my people I shall rebuild the American Empire. Your "Eternal Empre" won't seem so eternal once I break out." (Leader HRT) "But you won't. Increase the pain value to 4,000. Again." (RG HRT) "But the restraints have never been turned up that high sir! That's reaching levels of pain unfathomable to any human!" (Leader HRT) "That does not matter. We shall get our information, one way or another." (Rodgers) *After a few seconds of silence.* "MAKE IT STOP! MAKE IT STOP!!!" (Leader HRT) "Works like a charm." (Rodgers) "PLEASE! I'LL TELL YOU ABOUT THE DISEASE. I'LL TELL YOU SOME OF WHAT I KNOW." (Leader HRT) "Extracting further data is impossible, we'll take what we can get. Turn down the value from 4,000 to 500. A "reward" for good behavior." (Rodgers) "The virus was made in 2079, two years after the war. The virus is spread through all conventional means, allowing it to spread rapidly, however, we utilized warheads to disperse them throughout the world, where they would slowly mature and take on the form you know today." (Leader HRT) "Interesting. Give me information on any of the research centers or possibly any remaining warheads." (Rodgers) "I believe there is a center in what used to be Chicago, which you cretons have turned into a wasteland after eons of dumping the waste of your capital into Lake Michigan and the surrounding region." (Leader HRT) "Interesting." (Rodgers) "A single silo remains underneath the lake as well, untapped by your "people," and still having an active warhead that could detonate at any time."
