Today was Celestina's first day of being a third-year, and she was excited. In fact, way too excited. She shot out of bed earlier than anyone and ran downstairs. She took a quick look through her new books, which had been delivered to her through Owl Post. She went down to breakfast. She gobbled her breakfast down in seconds and ran to Arithmancy class. "You're early," said Professor Vector, the Arithmancy professor. "I assume you're Celestina Ashley? The first-year student Dumbledore told me about?" "Yes, Professor," said Celestina. "Well, since you're -" Professor Vector looked at her watch - "15 minutes earlier than usual, why don't you go ahead and read through the textbook?" Soon, the rest of the class came, and Celestina had a very enjoyable Arithmancy lesson. She then had Potions, and after that Ancient Runes, which was very fascinating indeed. Finally, the day was over. During dinner, Celestina sat with Deli and Skylar. She couldn't sit with Lillianna as she was a Hufflepuff. "How's being a third-year been?" asked Skylar. "Pretty good. Professor Vector and Professor Babbling are all really nice," said Celestina. "Did you have homework for Ancient Runes or Arithmancy?" asked Deli, putting food into her mouth. "Professor Vector let me off the essay, but Professor Babbling said I could do 8 inches instead of 12. Other classes were just the usual, essays and worksheets and stuff like that." "OK." Dinner was over, and students were going back to their common rooms or dormitories. Celestina handed a note to a Hufflepuff for her to take to Lillianna, which contained information about her day, then joined Skylar and Deli, who were making their way to the Slytherin Common Room. Celestina finished her last piece of homework in the Slytherin Common Room, and without further ado, yawned and climbed up the stairs to the third-year dormitory.
Thanks to @Deli_Nevermoore, @Skylar-Night, and @Lillianna-Oleery for their OCs!
