Hi I'm @CodingWithSourdough This is a recipe I use for breakfast most days Until I get a good text engine the recipes will be here⇣ Change Log V0.2 -2/26/24- Pan-Crêpes Recipe Added V0.1 -2/25/24- Initial Release |RECIPES| Overnight Oats: (Pan-Crêpes Added) Ingredients: • 1 1/4 Cups Kefir • 1/3 Cup Coconut Shreds • 1/4-1/2 Cup Frozen Blueberries (or Raspberries) • 1 1/4 Cups Rolled (or 3/4 Cup Steel Cut) Oats • 1/4 Nuts and Seeds (Optional) Instructions: 1) Add kefir to bowl or strain directly into bowl if making your own. 2) Next add coconut and frozen berries 3) Finally add oats, mix and put in fridge overnight (see notes) 4) The next morning enjoy!! Notes: •You technically don't have to let them sit if their made from rolled oats. •For making your own kefir buy grains at: https://www.culturedfoodlife.com/store/product/donnas-kefir-grains/ •Dairy Free: https://www.culturedfoodlife.com/store/product/easy-kefir/ -I am not an affiliate just a happy customer =^,,^= Gosia's Famous Pan-Crêpes (Makes 4) Ingredients: • 1/4 cup (Almond) Flour • 4 Eggs • 1/4 tsp Cinnamon • 1 tsp Vanilla extract • Sweetener of choice (I use 4 drops monk fruit or stevia extract) • Coconut oil to cook Instructions: Heat skillet over medium-high heat. When hot add batter, and spread evenly. Repeat until out of batter. Serve with; Maple Syrup, Berries, Whipped Cream, Peanut Butter, or all of the above =^,,^= Enjoy!!
