Press up arrow to de-materialize, press down arrow to re-materialize. When the TARDIS is gone push space and it will appear somewhere else. After pushing the up arrow wait for it to disappear then, push the space bar then, push the down arrow. Push V and the TARDIS will rotate.
I just made it by using the ghost effect and countdowns.
