PeonyStar leapt up onto the flower covered rock, her eyes glistening with sorrow. "May all cats old enough to hunt, please gather beneath Highflower for a clan meeting." She watched as cats of her clan curiously peeked there heads out the den, and gazed up at the bright moonlight. In the center of camp, was the frail body of DaffodilStorm. PeonyStars voice caught in her throaght as she stood Infront of the dark-ginger she-cat. "Sadly, DaffodilStorm passed away through the night, she now walks with starclan." Peonystar looked through the gazes of the clanmates around her, she was met with a wave of despair as she saw her clanmates shocked and teary faces. After sharing tongues with Daffodilstorm one last time, she placed a paw on her flank. Soon enough everyone else did and they started singing there chant for her to safely arrive in starclan. "the plants and wind, may move your fur, but you are part of this clan. you will no longer walk this earth, but find great hunts in stars above. we mourn today, but live on tomorrow. to replace all fear, and pass all sorrow. a single tear will mark your ground. until you are, safe and sound." Peonystar could feel the presence of starclan next to her, and she laid her head in the she-cats fur. Falling into a deep sleep, until someone wakes her slumber.
