Hey! (wow I am suddenly REALLY active :O) This is a commission (?) for @Sergeant-Scratchy and @Biddybudboys! This is his cat, Pipps *cough* *cough* I MEAN Thunder lol. ●●●●●●●●●●●●● ⟫ Time Taken: roughly 2 hours ⟫ Art Program: Krita! ⟫ Click/tap/space/arrows to proceed ⟫ Art For: @Sergeant-Scratchy and @Biddybudboys ⟫ This is just my general art process ^^ ●●●●●●●●●●●●● COMMENTARY: 1. So this is my sad sketch of Thunder. I wanted to have him mid-leap/stride and in this screenshot he looks like he's lounging. XD 2. Lineart- THIS TOOK FOREVER Oh man my stylus was acting up again :l 3. Simple color. 4. Here I added markings. 5. Then I drew/colored facial features like eyes, ears and nose. 6. I did some shading by putting a transparent-ish (like 13% transparency) dark grey where I wanted darker tones and blending it with the Q-tip tool. 7. Here I added lighting! Now it kind of ruins the image a bit but you'll see why it looks cool later. I used the same method as the shading but with light grey/blue. 8. I slapped in a cheap background!! I made one corner lighter and the opposite darker. Now the lighting doesn't seem so out of place! 9. This was an experiment. I wanted a nice glow around the character and so I drew a nearly transparent light blue line around Thunder. (The bright spot is where my stylus glitched -^-) 10. I smoothed it out now. Again, Q-tip tool. 11. I added the Title! 12. Signature :3 13. Finished product!!! ●●●●●●●● Yeah! So that's my art process. Each screenshot excluding 9-10 and 13 are separate layers.
