Jihoon grinned. They all trusted eachother that time, they were all kids, just around ten. They were oblivious of the troubles of the world, the betrayals they're gonna face and all the horrible things they're gonna go through. None of them knew, not even Sujin. They promised to trust eachother. But that promise shattered into pieces by today, when Jihoon found out everything. He found out Chulseo and Yuji have known that Sujin was never the villain, and they've been meeting eachother. It made his blood boil. This was a serious matter. How could they lie? But what made him more angry and frustrated was how Yuji could lie as well, saying nothing and keeping it all to himself. Yuji has always been pure, honest and against lying. It made Jihoon feel disappointed. But Chulseo was known for lying in the friend group, he was known to pour every single emotion or things he saw, in himself and not out. But this didn't change Jihoon's point of view on this subject. Sujin had came to the hideout house, and Jihoon had visited. He had a huge fight with Jieun, so he left the house and brought Juwon, not risking to keep him alone after what happened (refer to episode 1-3 ig). Sujin explained everything, saying he thought they all knew. Jihoon was shocked, not knowing what to say. Seojin must've known.. right? He thought. Seojin always found out everything, specially when it had to do with Chulseo. "Where is that brat?" Jihoon shouted, looking through his contacts to find Chulseo's number. He didn't really want to fight with Yuji, but he was also mad. "Calm down Jihoon." Sujin muttered lowly. "It's alright, we'll fix this." "Listen here, Ji Sujin." Jihoon hissed, angrily. "I have had enough!! I can't take this anymore, this was such a serious topic. It was about you!" -tears rolled down his eyes- "You mean a lot to me. Do you now I also felt happy besides being angry that you're not an insane maniac? You're actually the Sujin we knew.." Sujin stood up from his chair, sighing. He walked over to Jihoon. He didn't pity him, or felt sorry for him, he felt a sort of empathy. Sujin have had his miserable times before, just like Jihoon. Feeling sad and crying tones. Just what Jihoon was doing. He slowly placed his hands on Jihoons wet cheeks, wiping his tears away with his thumb. "Don't cry Jihoon." Sujin smiled. It felt like it was his first time smiling, although it was a very short length smile. "What's going on here?" A shocked voice stuttered. It was Mihao. "Sujin? What are you doing here?" He frowned, clenching his teeth. "Shouldn't you be at the Law firm?" Jihoon asked, tilting his head. "I needed some documents left here." Mihao muttered, narrowing his eyes at Sujin. "I'll explain to him." Jihoon assured Sujin, wiped away the tears from his face and taking a deep breath. He gathered everything he knew until now, and sat at the desk. He looked down, biting his lips. "Call Daniel." He told Mihao, firmly. He called Seojin on the phone, asking for him to come back. It took a while to convince him, but finally Seojin agreed on coming back. He also called Yeongja. "Daniel is coming back." Mihao informed him. Jihoon nodded. And they waited. ★
