this project utilizes scratch's pseudo-random number picking to simulate temmie's speech with 6 sounds. Some may play 2-3 in a row, blame Scratch not me. It's their randomness. Check out the code if you want, it's pretty hefty but easy to get the hang of.
Speech sounds are owned by Toby Fox, as well as the character Tem/Temmie and Undertale.
