Tootles~ ) Kipper yawned, waking from his midday nap. His very heavy eyes slowly blinked themselves open. He looked around the small private beach he’d fallen asleep on, assuming about one or two hours ago. The blue Shark-Dog got to his pads. The sand under his feet was warm, and slightly damp with water from the sea. His ears twitched, as he began trotting towards a small boat. Why? Because it looked interesting. What if a sailor from the next country over was shipwrecked here! Kipper thought, his mind then began racing with possible situations why the small rowboat was watched up on that pacific shore. His paced quickened into a swift run. He was moving very quickly, and at a somewhat high speed. Until. The front of Kipper’s paw met the face of a moving hermit crab, and sent The Shark-Dog diving muzzle-first into the sand. His eyebrows creased into a small line, as he pressed his front paws against the said to pull himself out of the sand. Surprisingly, his muzzle didn’t move even an inch. He tried pawing at the sand to get it out of the way of his muzzle. Absolutely nothing. How am I going to see what happened to that boat if my muzzle is stuck in the ground! He wondered frantically. He tried running in a circle to try and twist his muzzle out. Still, nothing. Kipper tried pulling at his muzzle a few more times, his paws clawing at the sand franticly. Surprisingly, it moved a bit. His tail waved back and forth happily, as he tried pulling again. I’m doing it! He thought confidently I’m comin’ shipwreck! His paws slammed against the moist sand as his muzzle broke free… but, his two front legs sunk deep in the sand. Kipper made another frustrated face, growling quietly. “AAAAAAGGGURRRRGGGGGG!!” He howled, letting out his frustration. At that moment, the whole kingdom’s people halted to listen, their ears perked.
