Genevieve's Secret Chapter 2 I woke up the next with a cramp in my left leg. ‘Ugh, just what I needed, a bad start to a day,’ I thought, agitated. As soon as I was out of bed, I did all the necessities (showering, getting dressed, brushing hair and teeth, etc.), then went down for breakfast. “Hi, sweetheart! Are you ready for school?” Mom piped. “Nearly,” I yawned, stretching for the third time since I woke up. I got a bowl down and poured some cereal in. I do the dishes and never need more, so I usually just eat cereal without milk and with my hands. As soon as I was done, I packed my lunch and started on my bike to school. I got to school a bit early and read a bit of Breaking Dawn, the last book in the Twilight series. Then, the bell rang and I went to my class. Soon enough, it was time for lunch. I watched my watch once again, but when it struck twelve, nothing happened. A few days passed and I debated going back to Years At Hogwarts. It’s lunch again. I decided that I would go back to Years At Hogwarts at noon. I could only travel at twelve o’clock so. As the hand struck twelve, everything started whirling. But I hadn’t pressed the button. (Press) I shrunk a bit and felt like I was going to be sick. I stumbled a bit as the whirling stopped. I looked around at the big room I was in. I saw three rather pale men with bright red eyes sitting in thrones and a few people around. They were looking at me rather confusedly. Then it all clicked. I ran out into the hall and saw a few people that I recognized being led away. “OH MY GOOOOOOOOOOSSSHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!! THIS IS THE ABSOLUTE BEST DAY OF MY LIFE!!!” I screamed, loudly enough that everyone there could probably hear me. Edward, Bella, Alice, and the escorts (Jane and I think Felix) all turned to stare at me. Alice and Edward looking the most confused. Jane started staring at me intently, but Felix held her back. Jane looked at him confused. "Don't mind me, just going to be with them!" I said, innocently, gesturing at the two Cullens and Bella. I skipped past them. "How did you escape?" Felix asked. I turned to face him. "Escape?" I said, confused. "From the Volturi," he said. "Well, they were finished eating when I traveled here," I said, casually. Felix raised his eyebrow. "What?" I said. "Come with me," Jane said. "What if I don't want to?" I asked, smugly. She turned to stare at me. "Alright! Fine! Just don't... Don't. Do whatever it is you do," I said. Jane escorted me back to the Volturi and explained the odd occurrence. Edward, Bella, and Alice had followed. "Yes, she just appeared here, as soon as we were done," Aro said. He turned his attention to me. "Come here child, don't be scared," Aro said. 'Sure, come here, don't be scared. It's not like I'm a vampire that will kill you if you know that I'm a vampire. Oh, wait! You do know!' I thought as I warily walked towards him. I heard a small cough come from Edward as though he were trying to cover a laugh. 'Must've been what I thought.' Aro extended his hand towards me. And I felt so awkward as I forced myself to put mine in his. After four seconds - I was counting - he said, "Hmm." 'Hmm? What is that supposed to mean?' I thought, frantically. "I can only see your thoughts from when you arrived here," he said, letting go of my hand. I wiped my hand off on my pants. "Aro, what does that mean?" Caius asked. Aro turned to face Caius and Marcus, "She is not from this universe." "And?" I said. "I see your intentions are pure, you may go," said Aro. 'PHEW! That was stressful.' I strode over to Bella, Alice, and Edward and waited until they started walking forward when I walked with them. On the car ride back, I explained a bit about what Aro was talking about, not all of it of course. Edward obviously knew everything though. When we got back to the Cullens after dropping off Bella, Edward explained the situation to the rest of them. Rosalie was a little angry, but as soon as she was gone Edward said she was actually excited to take care of a young girl. I realized that I had shrunk to twelve years old. They said I could sleep in the guest room. Me and Alice chatted for a while. I told her a bit about my life in my universe. She was interested in the fact that my universe was around a decade older, and so there is more advanced stuff. After a while, I decided to have a dance party. I got Esme to join us. I invited Rosalie, but she said no. Alice assured me that she was going to join us eventually. I took out my phone and hooked it up to a speaker and started playing my playlist, 'Vibin (one of my actual playlists). Just as Alice predicted, Rosalie came down after about 30 minutes. Soon enough it was about 2 in the morning. Esme realized it before me. I had been tired of dancing and we started karaoke. Then, when I was able to move again, we started Just Dance.
