DISCLAIMER: this is supposed to have a hard difficulty. Arrow keys/wasd to move, space to use sword J to dash right, g to dash left, I to dash up, h to dash down. All dashes have a 7.5 second cooldown Scratch Cat Attacks: Sword Dash: aims at the player before performing a 25 damage dash. This repeats 5 times. Gobo Rain: scratch cat lifts his blade and gobos begin to fall from the sky. Each gobo does 5 dmg each upon contact. T E R A: scratch cat will become invisible first, which is the primary warning for this attack. An alert will appear on the right of the screen, indicating where the Tera will dash. After this warning, Tera dashes to the area, doing 50 dmg upon contact. Giga Blasters: has a similar telegraph as T E R A but with a glowing red eye. Giga will appear from one of 4 corners on the screen and shoot a blaster from its head. This blaster does 10 dmg/tick. This attack is very deadly due to its swiftness and high damage. MEGA GIGA BLASTER: similar to the Giga blasters, but slower, larger, and now has a DPT (dmg per tick) of 20. Additionally, a Spinning Tera will appear and slowly glide towards the player before exploding and instakilling the player if contact is made. (100 damage) That’s all, have fun. All attacks in phase 2 have increased damage (with some exceptions) and are faster. Tips: For Sword Dash, simply dash away right before Scratch Cat dashes toward you or crossbounce (hold 2 of the arrow keys to move northeast, northwest, southwest, southeast, e.g holding left and up simultaneously will make you go northwest, right and up for northeast, etc.) Bounce across the walls to avoid the attack, going in a circular motion using the arrow key technique above. You can also bait his attack by staying still and then curving around, avoiding the attack. It is way better to use this strategy in phases 2-3, but it does work for 1. Gobo Rain: Stay at the bottom and move away from it, or dash. In Phase 1, it may be a decent strat to just stay near Scratch cat and damage him while getting damaged by the gobos, since they do low damage in phase 1. You can repeat this in phases 2-3, but you might need to repeat the process of dodging them then going near scratch cat to attack. You get a window to attack at the end of the attack anyway, so the extra damage is optional. It is not recommended to use the sacrificial strategy in phase 3 as they do a lot of damage. (15 per gobo) T E R A: This attack is usually harmless in phase 1, so you don’t necessarily need to use dodges to avoid them considering how slow they are in phase 1. In phase 2, it’s probably better to use the same process unless if you are boxed into an attack (e.g; you’re on the bottom of the screen, and a Tera spawns above you.) If special cases like this occur, dash down/up to avoid it. For phase 3, it is vital to utilize dashing, as T E R As are buffed to the max, having incredibly increased speed and damage. You should dash during every tera spawn except for the last 2 Teras, in which you can just avoid them before they spawn as you would with the previous phases. Giga blasters: Look where the blaster is aiming, then move away. This is by far one of the easiest attacks to avoid, but getting hit by it for more than a second will result in a quick, instant death. In phase 3, these can be considered a harder attack, as they basically go at lightning speed.
Note: phase 3 has flashing lights so beware if you happen to have some photosensitivity issues Music: Scourge Of The Universe by DM DOKURO and Stained, Brutal Calamity by DM DOKURO, and Inner Torment by Iamaboss0 All scripts by me, i managed to throw this together in a week or so Upcoming features (maybe): -phase 2 (done!) -new attacks -I don’t know -upgraded sword upon phase 2?
