Yep, you´re not dreaming, it´s actually the twentyninth of February "so basicly here leap day is a important day cause if it didn't exist every season would be mixed up so thats why leap day exists and every 4 years leap day comes but most people hate it and people think its just a silly made up thing but no its a important day
