She therefore holds half-Clan kits in the highest contempt, and unfortunately that includes herself. When she was a few moons old, the Tide demanded its routine sacrifice. Splashkit, terrified of the encroaching water and carrying a rotten fear that she would be the one chosen and dragged away, subtly pushed another kit forward. Surely enough, he was the one taken. Splashkit left with the rest of them, her deed uncaught and unpunished, and she never spoke of it to anyone, not even her friend Lobsterkit. Splash only became more consumed by his hatred for his "traitor" ancestry as she grew older, becoming obsessed with proving herself worthy and renouncing the mistakes of her mother. She keeps silent, though, and tells no cat. Where will fate take him? I do not yet know.
