Troubleshooting. If you keep getting a sound instead of the next screen, listen to the directions below based on your situation. Condiments If it's not working, make sure the correct condiment is on the burger, and that the dressing on the burger is fully opaque. Burger items Check that it isn't touching anything but the other food or the bun. Make sure you haven't missed or added any extra items, even if they are the same item. Make sure you put all of the correct items on, they may be under other items. Try taking all of the items off and putting them back on.
