Unforgettable / "Dust" // 25 // he/him/his | male // straight (used to be bi) doesn't want any romantic interest and stays away from people he finds to be... err.... you know what I mean, no? // Bit unique for a fallen angel- he's been exiled long enough for his wings to start to disappear... but strangely, and possibly uniquely, the skeletal structure still remains to this day. They tend to bleed out of nothing from time to time, which is strange considering that doesn't make any sense, but... Additionally, his halo is completely gone, except for one tiny silver spec left. // Tends to wear casual clothes with a leather jacket on. // Clever, slightly compassionate, but not very understanding. He doesn't take much, so to say, "emotional damage" (DON'T JUDGE ME I'M NOT KIDDING). As a result, it's almost impossible for him to form attachments. This can be good and bad... // Absolutely despises the society he was supposed to live in, enjoys the following: freedom (of self), freedom (from containment) // Likes to invent spells, specifically very complicated ones. // Very unconfident, also very bad at teamwork/understanding. // Very well-trained in battle (self-taught). // Er... I'm gonna put that in backstory/other... // "Far away" (He doesn't do much, he just sort of... explores.) // New opportunity to say this because I already touched base on "wings" earlier- he had a friend of his write, in invisible ink (which is only available by changing something else to create the invisible ink), a spell that makes them able to be hidden. He tends to do this during battle, if the need arises. Additionally, they still glow a little bit, and it's light blue mixed with crimson-red, as the skeletal wings slowly decay. Oh, and he only has 2 (one set). // Tenebris
Heh, here's the backstory- I know no one cares, but I love making backstories. BTW this is probably going to be about as long as everything else combined, so good luck trying to read this: Unforgettable was born into a strange family, which didn't agree nor disagree with the Halo Angels' society. The family was always on the brink of collapse, and his birth was sort of the final straw, since one side of the family had always been against continuing the lineage. However, his mother and father decided that they didn't care enough. They really wanted a kid. But Unforgettable didn't seem to want to be in that... situation, ever since he was born. He ran away six times, but since his family lived on top of a mountain near many other Halos' Angels, he never made it far. But on the sixth and last time he tried to escape, he found a strange device inscribed with some kind of magic. He brought it back with him in secret when he was caught again. Next week, he was in his huge room again. His family may be rich, but it wasn't his place. He started playing with the strange trinket he found on the way down the mountain last week. It was a sort of stick, but it strangely easy to hold on to. He accidentally dropped it on the wood, and suddenly one end of it started turning into an axe. He realized what it did now, but just to make sure, he touched it up against the small amount of dirt in his room. It slowly turned into a shovel. Smiling, and finally able to escape the pain of his family, he turned once more into an axe, and he started chopping down the side of his room as quietly as he could. But once he got to the other side, there was his mother, talking to someone else on a walk. He immediately ran, since his mother was looking directly at him. His mother, still faster than her child (age 6) at the age of 40, slowly caught up to him, even though he knew the landscape almost as much as she did by now. But suddenly he tripped and fell into a cave. He sat there for a moment, injured by hitting his head on the dark-stoned cave entrance. He passed out moments later. His mother picked him up and delivered him back to his room. When he woke up, he realized he still had that stick in his pocket. He took it out. But this time, he realized something different... it had a mark on it. He remembered the cave and realized that it must've gone directly under his room. He started cutting the floor with a small knife he had found in the kitchen weeks before. He eventually reached rock and started chipping away at it with the stick, which had turned conveniently into a slightly larger sledgehammer than he expected. It was a bit hard for him to deliver the right amount of power to break the cave entrance, but he eventually did. He flew down cautiously, not being able to see anything. He played with the stick a little, and it turned into a torch. Convenient... he realized that he couldn't just escape this way either- his mother had probably paid a bunch of guards or something to patrol the bottom of the mountain. He would train in that cave. And he'd NEVER give up EVER again. He started practicing. This went on for many months, almost a year and a half. Once he finally felt ready, he brought the device, which he still treasured to this day, along with a few things he magicked, with him. He exited the cave, carrying a small bag with him. He walked slowly down the mountain, not particularly concerned. Someone he didn't know approached him. He seemed just about ready to tell on him, when Unforgettable raised the small bag. A small bar of a very valuable material popped out, and then another. And another, and another, and another. The stranger reached for him, but Unforgettable asked him to not tell on him. He nodded, but he was lying... Unforgettable had gotten far, but by the next hour, he was sitting once again back in his room. Luckily, he had remembered to cover the cave entrance in a trapdoor he made. He wondered if escape was even possible. NEXT YEAR (Now 8 years old): Unforgettable had realized that his aunt hadn't been seen in the house for a long time. Every time he asked about it, no one answered. Especially not his mother... so he went out to ask the guards if they knew. Most ignored him and ordered him back to his room, but one who seemed relatively new to the job said that she left. She left after passing through the invisible shield running around the estate set up almost two months ago. CHPT. 2:
