hiya (read the full desc) im so excited to be posting this but bad news alert when i imported the image it was super pixelatedddddddddd but good news i found a fix to it! i usually also post all the art i post here on a place called pixilart and its a lot less pixelated there so go to this link to see the better quality version of the art! (copy paste the link in the browser!) https://www.pixilart.com/photo/paranormal-1fab20f86a65a69 now, since i am a sucker for lore, here is my theory for paranormal and how i incorporated it into my art! (also an explaination of everything in the art) since in the ref in the dmc saphie has puppet strings attached to her, i think at one point in the story shes gonna be puppeteered by the puppeteer or something?? i drew all the hooks on saphie's side of the picture face her and all of the hooks on the puppeteer's side face away from her to signal that... she's gonna be like.. caught by the hooks?? (im so bad at explaining things lol) i also just drew saphie in the ramunefish cafe bc there was nothing ever said about the setting she was in when she answered the phone and i have no creativity when it comes to backgrounds lol. speaking of backgrounds, i misread what was explained in the description of the dmc so i thought you said that the afterlife kinda setting was a bar for the spirits so i drew the puppeteer in a bar (also theres a lil spirited away reference in the back!) my next theory is that the puppeteer is the one that makes the phone call, theres not much evidence to back this up except for the fact that we know its not a normal caller but im pretty confident on this theory! there might have been some kinda info on this topic somewhere tho... but im too lazy to check. ☆oliv out☆ please ignore the hundreds of tags #art #digital #digitalart #artdigital MORE LIKE (i need people to see this it took me wayy too long to makeeee)
