alr this is my tos now art: -no using my art as anything to do with h0m0ph0bacy or rac1c1m or any other things it is not intended for -no using my art without my permission - if i do give you permission to use my art credit me properly -dont claim my art is yours -dont recolor my art and claim it as yours if any of these rules are broken i will remove the art from you as best as i can and you will be either greylisted or blacklisted depending on how bad youve broken them designs: -no design theft, this goes for characters ive given to others as well as my own - don't use designs ive given you for rac1st and h0m0ph0bic content - no using designs i own such as my characters or designs ive won in contests -no asking for my designs unless they are ufo or comment to claim - if you own a design i have made i have the right to take away that design and either keep it or give it to someone else (i wont do this without good reason) - dont claim my designs as yours -give credit when you do use my designs -if you do have a design made by me, if you do not use it within 3 months i will ask you if you still want ownership ot the design, after 6 months i will warn you to use the design and a week after the warning i will take the design back if any of these rules are broken i will revoke your ownership of the design and you will be greylisted or blacklisted depending on how bad youve broken them when interacting with me: -no h0m0ph0bacy or rac1sm - dont say i have stolen art i dont do that - no being rude -dont say im something im not (ex. furry) -dont be salty because you didn't get something you want out of me - dont lie (its ok if you dont want to share something but dont lie just tell me you dont want to talk about it i wont get offended) -dont ask questions that are too personal if any of these rules are broken you will be greylisted or blacklisted depending on how bad youve broken them
greylist your allowed to interact with me and enter my contests but your on thin ice, you can be removed from here blacklist you are not allowed to interact with me or enter my contests, you cannot be removed from here
