Use arrow keys to move, space and X to attack and try combining space and other arrow keys for new attacks. When the hook comes down, press the buttons to upgrade. Try to sneak up on enemies, if an ! appears over their heads then freeze and wait for it to go away. Use the combo meter by using attacks quickly and chained, if your combo is over 100, then you get to go to the bonus level for a surprise.
