[UPLOADING TRANSMISSION] YOUR MANAGER WILL TELL YOU WHAT YOU DO. ALONG WITH HOW YOU DO IT, IF NEEDED. DO NOT MESS THIS UP, WE BELIEVE IN YOUR ABILITIES BUT YOU NEED TO PROVE THEM FIRST. SO, LISTEN TO YOUR MIND, IT'S ALL YOU HAVE. -THE BOSS [TRANSMISSION SUCCESSFULLY UPLOADED]
v v v PLEASE READ THIS v v v The color checker block on scratch is garbage, and also hardware dependent. If your computer, is bad, the game doesn't work. Because it sees the main characters orange hair as red, and interacting with most objects checks for red. And if your computer is bad, it ALWAYS sees red. So the game breaks. If you can ONLY go to the corner store, it means the game hates you because of your computer. --- WHAT IS THIS: Its been a while, huh? Did ya miss me? Probably not. Well here I am anyway! This game has a story. A pretty damn long one. But here's what's important about it, because if I told you the whole thing, you'd be here all day! But if you care enough... Here it is! This game was made for a competition. Not a game jam competition, not a friendly local competition. Nope. I made this to fight the entirety of my state. Computer Game and Simulation Programming. And you know what? I QUALIFIED FOR NATIONALS!! (Maybe I was just super cool and awesome?) SO! My school paid like 800 bucks and covered most of my trip to... ORLANDO FLORDIA?? Yeah! It was pretty cool. I only had to pay like 500 out of my mothers pocket (I love you mom). And it was super fun! And this was the game that got me there. There's so much fun info on this game that I could really be there for hours... But just so you know, I got terrible judges at Nationals, so I kind of just... Didn't go much further. But hey! I made this mostly alone and got all the way there! So that's something. And fun fact, when I showed the game off at the state competition, IT WASNT EVEN FINISHED!!! I finished it in like the 3 month period from state to nationals... This is the exact build shown at nationals. So, now you know what this little game is! I told all of the play testers (that asked) who helped me test this game out that I might continue it, so, maybe that will happen... One day. It will probably be its own project though! Maybe not on scratch. Anyway, here is the important part. CREDITS: Music: My good friend GoldnGuardian5! (not a Scratch user.) Text Engine: Will Wam's Text Engine used as a base (I made a modified version you can use if you wish. Credit both of us! Mostly him though.) Everything Else: Made by me and only me!! All sound effects, sprites, animations, dialogue, code, everything!! It's honestly... Not garbage!! Playing: YOU! And all of my play testers, but I appreciate your input folks! Thanks for playing my little robot game!
