================================================= This is Craft OS, a simple but powerful OS on Scratch. The toolbar at the top has the home, help, settings, and sync settings buttons. It also contains the clock and connection icons. Updates will come out periodically, and I will try to keep fixing the size of lists so they don't cover anything up. Remix to submit ideas. ================================================= ↓ Update Info + Help ↓ Whats New in Release 1.3 ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ - I've finished my text engine and will start to convert apps from using the default Scratch list design to a pen version. - I have implemented cScript and the editor, which is the first step to finishing the shop app! - You now have to unlock CraftOS before you can use it. - There is now a photos app that lets you take pictures! You can not save them yet because the string for a picture is well over 12000 characters long until I find a better way to do it. - The drawing app now remembers your drawings after you go back to the home screen! - You can now use emojis in the messages app! You can use smile, bigsmile, wink, laugh, surprised, shades and halo inside of 2 colons ( : ) to put them in chat. ( :Smile: would become ) - New File Viewer app allows you to decode any string encoded using the CraftList API. Double encoded means it was converted to numbers and single is just a list compiled into a string. - New QuickAction feature lets you quickly and simply get things done without opening an app, by clicking and holding on the app icon. It currently only supports mail. - Fixed a bug where using a backslash ( \ ) character in notes or contacts would split the note into 2 notes upon syncing. - The Notes app is now much more powerful and user-friendly, as it can now set reminders and export notes using the mail plugin, all at the push of a button. - I slowed down how long it takes for the internet icon to test if you are logged into a Scratch account that can use cloud data. - I found and fixed a bug in notes where if you replaced a note you could mess up the cloud sync feature with the backtick ( ` ) character. - You can now add contacts to a list to make sending emails much easier! The contacts list is automatically saved to notes to make backing up simpler. Help ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ - Syncing Settings •Click sync to cloud settings, then press U to upload current settings to cloud and D to sync settings to what is stored in the cloud. ~UploadError: "Misplaced Username" is caused by your username not being properly placed in the settings list while uploading. Leave a comment if you see this so I can fix it. - Setting Reminders •Reminders will come through the notifier on the bottom-left hand corner of the screen. •To set a reminder go to notes and click the alarm clock, then choose a time to be reminded, or type "logon" to be reminded when you next open Craft OS, then what the reminder will say. - Chatt Mobile by •Chat moderators can use the following commands: ~/delete followed by the message numbers to delete removes all specified messages. *You MUST put them in ascending order! (Least to greatest) ~/clear deletes all messages. ~Start a message with /bypassfilter to ignore the chat filter. *Do NOT abuse this privilege! - Block-Calc by •Press space to type an expression. ~Type in an expression (like 1+1 or abs(2-4)). , , , or are preset formulas. ~Variables: Ans, Pi, Phi, E *Ans substitutes the previous answer. *Type 5->A to set a variable. ~Operations: +, -, *, /, ( ), [ ], &, |, %, (mod), =, >, <, not, sin, cos, tan, asin, acos, atan, sqrt, abs, log, ln, floor, ceiling, round - Scratch Email by •Click Inbox to view your messages. ~The yellow button is to read a message. ~The red button is to delete a message. •Click New Message to write a message ~Click beside "To:" to enter a Scratcher's username. ~Click beside "Content:" to write the email. ~Click and hold "Send!" until you see "Sent!" to send. - Contacts •Click the pencil to add a new contact by username. •Click the trash can to remove a contact by username or their number in the list. •Click the envelope to send mail to a contact by username, or their number in the list.
