It's almost impossible to believe it's been a year... PL&E 1370 is the first of 31 locomotives ordered for the Eastern. Originally a SD70MAC, it has been rebuilt by our crew at the Denver shops. It is now a SD70AC(M). During her rebuild, our paint techs decided to make 1370 the 1st Anniv. Heritage Unit since it was our first locomotive we purchased back in March 2024. Needless to say, this locomotive is popular among the railfans in Colorado. Press H to honk the fouled K5LAR24.
