I wrote this in science lol I was a bit bored. :) Poem in desc <3 Note: ik trustfall is two words I just don’t care :) ʰᵉʸ ʸᵒᵘ. ʸᵉᵃʰ, ʸᵒᵘ. ᵖˡᵉᵃˢᵉ ˡⁱᵏᵉ, ᶠᵃᵛᵒʳⁱᵗᵉ, ᵃⁿᵈ ᶠᵒˡˡᵒʷ!
Every time you choose to trust someone, You execute a trustfall, Blindly falling, Hoping, That they will catch you. And if they let you fall You will add another brick to your wall To try to protect yourself So you won’t fall again. Once in a while, Someone will be able To break through your walls You let them in Hoping, That they will never let you fall. And if they let you fall, You will build your walls twice as thick As they were before Determined Not to let anyone through. But somehow, Someone will find their way through. Maybe through a small crack That you didn’t even know was there. And somehow They get you to trust them Even though you were determined not to. Now You’re falling blindly again Hoping that this time might be different. And this time, When you fall, you feel someone, Slowing your decent And even though you still fell, It didn’t hurt so much this time. <3
