I had an account before this where I roleplayed Maelstromspire of Riverclan but went inactive after a while because I had a bunch of school things to catch up on and didn’t have time for Scratch, but I’m much more active on this account now . Do you have chaos?: I didn’t beforehand but I just signed up, I am under the same username there. (I had it in the past but forgot what the account was called as this was several years ago) . Current and/or previous characters: Laurelpine of Riverclan and the aforementioned Maelstromspire of Riverclan as well . RiverClan character(s): Laurelpine . Have you had any past admin experience? (In TFCRP or outside of it): Not in tfcrp but I’ve been an “admin” in/helped out in some of my friends’ off site rps before as well as hosted some of my own. I was thinking about hosting on here on Scratch too but I’ll have to go through my ideas box first and see what sounds interesting . Activity on a scale of 1-10: Maybe a 7 or 8, I check in every day but don’t always comment or heart projects . What are your leadership strengths?: Hmm I would say I have a knack for problem solving and working in collaborative groups. I’ve also been told I’m pretty good at handling situations related to drama or arguments which I could see being pretty helpful as a mediator of sorts too. I am also good with deadlines and keeping things organized. . What are your leadership weaknesses?: I have to admit I can get overwhelmed by extremely demanding tasks easily. I tend to take on way too many things at once and end up flunking them all to make time for more personal things, but I’ve been working on this recently so the position as a helper would really give me that experience. I usually let people know when or if I need a mental health break though. One last thing is that my grammar is not the best but I do try to sound professional . Why you should be chosen as a RiverClan admin helper?: I believe I would be a helpful addition to the team because of my dedication to foster a positive/welcoming community as I know what it’s like to be a part of a toxic one, which is never pleasant. I enjoy keeping things organized and flowing smoothly, and I also would be able to match suffixes to the character’s personality and appearance quite well, which though that may be a little thing, every detail counts. It would be a good opportunity for me to engage with people more often and gain more experience being in roles of leadership that aren’t too grueling, as well as help out a community I’m growing rather fond of . What are three things you like about RiverClan, and TFCRP as a whole?: - The sense of community. Everyone is supportive and welcoming which creates a positive environment I feel pretty comfortable in - I appreciate the emphasis on creativity and storytelling in the roleplay itself. It's inspiring to see so many talented writers and artists come together to create all of these cool characters and territories - And lastly the admin team's dedication to maintaining a fun and inclusive space for all members is commendable. I admire their commitment to addressing issues promptly and ensuring that everyone feels respected and is having fun, as well as all of the cool events we get to see .
