This is a simplified simulation of a surface-to-air missile system. At the beginning of each run, a target is randomly generated. It may not always be possible to hit (or even acquire)! If the missile or target leaves the area, the simulation will automatically end. ###################################################### HOW TO USE: *Target Acquisition: The blue beam is a long-range target acquisition radar. When is passes over the target, its location will be marked and shown as a blue dot. Multiple acquisitions will form a trail across the map. *Using the tracking radar: The red/green beam is the tracking radar. Use the left/right arrow keys to rotate it. If the target appears to be about to come into its range, rotate it to the appropriate direction (where you think the target is based on its path) and when the target is in its field of view the radar will automatically catch on to the target and track it for as long as it remains in range, giving much better chances of a hit for the missile. Note that this is NOT NECESSARY to properly launch the missile, though certainly vastly helpful. *Missile firing: Press space to start the launch. It will take 2 seconds to prepare (after decision to launch), and the missile will then start flying to the target's LAST KNOWN position. It will not be responsive to changes or other input until 2 more seconds later, when it has finished its ascent. If the missile is close enough to the target, it will guide itself to impact (this makes the game more playable, but in certain cases is very unrealistic). Please note that the target WILL try to evade the missile, especially if not using the tracking radar.
This game is amazing and I want everyone to see it
