The refill kits includes an unstuffed Wuggle, a tool to zip up the Wuggle once done, stuffing, "Magic Dust" (glitter), little cards to give your Wuggle personality, and a birth certificate. I used to have the blue dog variant, but it has been lost to time. You're meant to stuff the toy using this tiny machine thing, but that is included in the starter pack and I got mine from a refill that cost 10 bucks because I'm broke atm. One more year and I can get a job at Hobby Lobby! Woohoo!!
