< To look on through these two little payments, feel free to tap the flag and peruse on through with a tap of your screen or with the space bar > Greetings! These two art pieces are payments for @artx4 from their character purge, which of course, I am submitting in for their character, “Lil’ Mew” here: https://scratch.mit.edu/projects/981417614/ Overall, pretty proud of how these two busts turned out. Incredibly proud of the second one, Crunchy Roll Kitten, in particular. I think the expression really added to the “cute” factor I was trying to tie in with them, and made for a lot more nicer execution of the two. They look incredibly adorable, and I would 100% buy a plushie of CRK for my bed stand. Retro, the first bust, could have been a bit better. This was my first time ever working with editing in an image as the background color of a character, and I feel that unfortunately shows. However, I really did enjoy designing the outline and expression. Working on character expressions is, what I feel, the most fun of making art myself, and I loved the surreal design Retro has and displayed in their reference image. Overall, I found these payments as a nice experience and a fun way to experiment with design styles more. It was great to work on, and I feel I’ve learned a bit more working with designs now thanks to this! @artx4, I do hope you enjoy these busts of your characters. Do tell me your thoughts, and I hope these prove as suitable for Lil’ Mew! Massive sucker for simple designs, and I am more the excited to have had this opportunity to be handed them over to me! Greatly appreciative, deeply. :) Art: @-Brownclaw- Characters (Retro & Crunchy Roll Kitten (CRK, as dubbed by me)): @artx4 Drawing Programs Used: Sketchbook
