Humans and angels started hating eachother, resulting in a war between human and god. Nyx was born during the war. When her mother first saw her, she looked at Nyx with pure disgust. She had gotten a spell cast upon her by a rival angel, making Nyx half-angel and half-human. They decided she was a disgrace to the family and hid her from the outside world in fear of being executed. They treated her awfully, abusing, hitting, torturing, and yelling at her. During this time, Nyx's father was in an affair with another woman and had a beautiful little girl named Miyo. She felt bad for Nyx and often snuck little treats and stuff for her and talked with her. The abuse from her parents went on for many years until Nyx finally got enough and her true powers were unleashed. demon like claws emerged from the ground, dragging her parents deeper and deeper until they ended up in hell where they will spend eternity suffering in. Nyx discovers she can manipulate time and swore on her life to protect Miyo with her power. With the help of Nyx's powers and Miyo's sharp instincts, they're trying to stop the war between human and angels.
