✦ // 1.8k+ dmac ! ———— - katrose hi! thank you all so, so much for 1.8k ;0; I really appreciate all of your support <3 So, here’s a dmac to celebrate :D —— ✦ / what is a dmac? dmac stands for… Draw Me A Character ! It’s basically a contest where you design a character based off of any of the moodboards in the project, and then I choose the best designs (in my opinion) as the winners and keep those designs :) —— ✦ / rules (please read before you enter!) [ deadline: May 1st, 4 pm ct ] [ this is already closed! ] - design has to be made completely by you (you can still use bases) so that means no ai, plagiarism, heavily referencing, tracing, color picking other designs, etc. - it would be preferred if you use the moodboards :) - please don’t guilt trip or bring yourself or others down - species has to be FERAL (I’m not really looking for anything else, so no humans or anthros, sorry!) - please remix! If you don’t I might miss it while judging - you can make up to 5 designs —— ✦ / prizes 1st - fully rendered halfbody or an off-base custom, I keep the design 2nd - fully rendered bust or an on-base custom, I keep the design 3rd - fully rendered headshot, I keep the design 4th - half rendered headshot, I keep the design 5th & 6th - a quick doodle custom honorable mentions (hm) - a quick doodle flatcolor bust, you can choose to keep the design if you’d like to, if you don’t clarify or answer this question you’ll automatically keep it :) might add more if there’s enough entries / if I have the time to draw more prizes ^^ ———— ✦ / tips for a higher chance at winning - putting effort into it - including colors that go well together - multiple different hues (not monochrome) - adding accessories - I’m also kind of looking for a spirit or desert merchant theme as well ^^ ———— and that’s it!
