One day, Sonic the Hedgehog caught a glimpse of a beast known as X. He at first feared it, but then it told him the truth about his world. How everybody he knew and loved was a pawn, made to suffer for somebody else's entertainment. However, it said there was a way that they could all be saved. He would have to give X energy that could only be found inside a living being. After this point, Sonic destroyed his own body as a sacrifice to X. But it wasn't enough. He decided to sacrifice his own friends to X to "free" them. Nobody agreed with him, but he didn't care. In his eyes, X was God. X was all that mattered to him anymore.
