The thermobug is a deep sea creature which size ranges anywhere from a few centimeters to half a meter (1-2 feet). The thermobug feeds on extremophile bacteria that lives near thermal vents, using the suckers on its tentacles to attach itself to a hydrothermal vent, filtering the food to the giant bubble on its head where it then consumes it. The thermobug has several tubes on top of its head which filter out unwanted particles or debris from the body. The thermobug is mostly stationary, but when threathened or starving it can use small siphons to propel itself towards a better place. The thermobug lives in the Bande sea and parts of the Grassolian sea.
