New banner made and arranged by @ucloud_scratch Backpacked vector art* from @Aidyman80 and / or @sonicthehedgehog859 and / or @XavierXR3_alt and then later rearranged (pieced up) all vectors to situate them into best possible places. I am unable to [too lazy] find accurate owner(s). I was bored when I made this :P * = (that means I backpacked each separate costume and then added everything into one sprite, it does NOT mean I backpacked the banner itself. that, I used the resources available, and rearranged the vectors to make a new image)
