At the very start of the SMRPs lore there was a plant that was covered in sentient life forms made of dust and energy called gods. At first they floated around mindlessly but eventually they got bored so they started fighting. This time period was known as the war of the gods. The gods did not reproduce so there were a finite number of them and after many years there were but three of these beings remaining La, Dak, and Kau. La and Dak had teamed up during the war and had killed many of the other gods one of which being Kau or so they thought. Kau had barely survived La and Daks attack so he hid in the caves of the planet. Meanwhile La and Dak decided to create other beings to inhabit this planet that they could watch for entertainment and so the original plane was created. This was La and Dak's first attempt at creation so this is where some of their weirder creatures were created. Everything was fine for thousands of years and what would become the endermen then called man had made a peaceful society. That was until Kau decided it was time for him to take his revenge. He used the energy he had stored to corrupted La and Daks creations. Their creations started destroying all they had worked so hard to build and what was worse is that La and Dak’s energy was drained from creating life on the original plane. So they created 10 crystals to contain Kau in until they were ready to deal with him; they put these crystals on a pillar and created a beast to protect them. This beast was able to take so much of the energy from the crystals and use it to heal itself. La and Dak then created 2 new planets one to try to to make man 2.0 called earth and the other was made to store the corrupted creatures called the nether. They made a portal to the nether on earth that was deactivated in case they needed to end their new version of man.
random lore: The gods get there names form the color of there dust. so La or light gets it name because it is covered in white dust and Dak or dark gets its name because its dust is white. Kau or kauai gets it name because its dust color resembles the color of the leg of the kauai bird.
