Press space, I only did Nightstar and Skypool The following only applies to ShawniDragon: You may do whatever you want with these redesigns! I am also forfeiting the lineart so you can do with it what you please, with or without credit.
I did my best to make genos that fit closest with what I saw on the family tree. This did result in me being unable to achieve all the markings I wanted for each cat, but it was alright in the end. I interpreted the blue stripes on a light background as a silver tabby, which would be a light grey cat with black stripes (what would be the base color is instead the stripe color, and the base is made lighter in its place). Because Frost's stripes were a lot lighter in color, I decided that she was a dilute silver, which would have been a very light grey (almost white) with regular grey stripes (imagine: almost white base with stripes the same color as Nightstar's body if you ignore her stripes). Also, blue eyes usually cause really bad health issues for cats, especially on cats that aren't epistasis white or colorpoints. So, if I were to redesign everyone, they would all have green eyes. I like how Nightstar's stripe pattern turned out on the shoulder/front leg. Out of the two of them, I prefer Skypool's lineart because it has more character to it. I tried to draw him with a "little brother" pose and expression, and I like how it turned out. I would like to mention that Skypool could have had white spots all over his body if he had vitiligo; however, I didn't want to take the easy way out and give him a rare mutation. (How vitiligo works is that the cat is born looking like a normal cat, but over time patches of their fur turn white.) I decided that he would have low white instead, and gave him a few small patches where pigments never formed. The broken spottiness is a bit unlikely, but I made sure to tone it down so that he looked like a cat that could actually exist irl! If you want to give him a few more white patches, it is important to note that pigment starts on the back and moves downwards, hitting the paws, chest, belly and lower face last. This leads to those areas being white if the growth of pigment is delayed!
