it's a Undertale fan game it's called ruintale its about 20 years after Undertale a new human falls down will this new humane find his way back to the surface unharmed who knows but he has this feeling someone or something is watching him, and he's got a weird felling will he shake it, or will he give in and allow him to escape (this follows the true passivist route)
