Use the W and S keys to move forward and back and use the A key to rotate counterclockwise and the D key to rotate clockwise. To shoot just simply press the space bar and point your mouse pointer in the direction you want to shoot. To shoot missiles press the E key (Note: the missile will fly to your mouse, and to control it just move your mouse after you shoot). If you die or are in a bad position you can click the green flag to restart. If the gun on your tank doesn't appear when you start a match, then click the green flag until it appears again.
